Zymography

Looking to do a zymogram with the substrate incorporated into the native PAGE gel for B-Glucosidase, rather than the more common method of bathing the electrophoresed gel in substrate solution. Something similar to Geib et al 2010 (Identification of proteins involved in lignocellulose degradation using in gel zymogram analysis combined with mass spectroscopy-based peptide analysis of gut proteins from larval Asian longhorned beetles).

Wondering if anyone could offer some advice on the electrophoresis timings and voltage?
