Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What's sad? That he can dance and sing, he's living on the green or that he's black?

They were talking about him on the Adrian Kennedy phoneshow about two weeks ago.
Apparently, the guy is living there because the council won't house him.
People were calling the show saying they often drop food up to him and they keep an eye out for him. He spent winter in a tent on Constitution Hill and has been there over a year now.

Passed by him the other week- he was having a shouting match with the 83 bus stop on Constitution Hill beside his tent. Poor divil looked out of it.

They're fed up with the taxi drivers complaining about them giving out houses to immigrants. Bastard still got his free car though apparently.

    Single man with no dependents?

No matter where he is from he will be there for many more years before he has a sniff of a council house

Ah so that's where the blacks come from... and I suppose the ones born in Connolly hospital came through the special door on the 5th floor.

Hmm... must be. They couldn't possibly be Irish!

He could be Paul Mcgraths brother. Apparently the other black lad in Ireland is. I'm not too sure what it matters what colour he is, surely the more important bit is he's homeless and possibly mentally ill? Not aimed at you Chief btw. Not this time anyway. :-)

I thought he came over on the boat? Nice chap that fella is. Big lips though. I say to him "what'd you be eating with those lips of yours?". Doesn't answer, a shy lad I'd say is all he is. Harmless.

Was there not a thread done on this very same thing recently?
Homeless guy in Phibsboro, living in a tent etc.

No mention in that thread that he is a black guy but I passed him a week or so later and I thought it was a oldish white guy with a beard dancing around on the grass beside his tent:confused:

So it's either one of two things....
I've gone colour blind or the black guy has found a dancing partner!
