Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sony personal audio docking system

    Hi
    Last summer I bought an Sony personal audio docking system ICF-DS15iP to use with my iPhone 5
    It worked fine for a number of months, but after an apple software update it no longer plays music through the system.
    It charges the phone all right but if wont play music from the phone.
    Just wondering if anyone else has similar issues. Also if it is due to apple software update am I able to get refund/replacement from Sony shop as it no longer works with an iPhone?
    Appreciate any answers.

    Can't answer why it won't play music but I'd say you haven't a hope of getting a refund or replacement for it because it was fit for purpose when you bought it and they have no control over what apple do

    Update:
    The shop replaced the product no hassle. If was only 6 months old. It said on the box that it was compatible with my model of phone and it didn't make any reference to apple updates.
    They said it could be something relatively simple but if was handier for them to replace it rather than trying to find out problem straight away.
