Question about PAC application

Hey, Question about the PAC application... I've applied for a masters and need to get my CV and personal statement sent in now! For these documents, do they have to be anonymous? As in must I only include my PAC application number in them but no personal information (name etc.) Thanks in advance :)

You can put your name on them. It´s not the CAO!
