Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Getting from stamped by cop for no tax

My friend has a bike which has been off the road since aug 2012 and out of tax.is it still possible to get a cop to stamp a form stating the bike was off the road and therefore not have arrears when getting it taxed again.did they do away with this if so what's the story with this issue now.thanks

I did this before Christmas. It's on the standard tax form and it appears as a declaration of non-use or something to that effect on the bottom of the form.

Still available as of Feb 13,had to get it done for a bike that hadn't been taxed since August 10.
I filled out the full RF100 form and got it signed.Got the form in the garda station (had to ask for it).

Aye, likewise, had to transfer the insurance onto her bike after mine was wrecked, but she hasn't used it/taxed it in two years, so likewise, had to get form stamped and nothing said.
