    They told me that it is not true and that the only confirmation we will get is from the website.
    They confirmed to me that this is not an official account.

    If you want you can call the canadian embassy as well. their phone number is easy to find.
    I just thought I would save people the hassle and the trouble of listening to some prankster.

    No unfortunatily not. I was hoping for some news that I could relay back, but she said that we won't get any info until it is posted on the IEC website.

    It's really just all a bit mad. I don't see why they can't issue some sort of statement to say
    "ok fellas, there's been a delay, we've been messing around a bit but don't worry yourselves, you can expect them in March/April/May."
