looking at putting up a garage 20ft X 30ft beside my house, the idea is to use 9" cavity or hallow blocks and tile effect king span cladding for roof. I think around 1000 blocks will build the walls quote for blocks and have a quote of 1650 euro for the cladding and flashing, I have no idea as to what the foundations will…

but I'm hoping someone could tell me what I should be expecting to a block layer and also what it would cost me to get timber for the roof and roofed.
house is in county Cavan

80c per 9" cavity block is what i recently paid in the midlands.
