Going home to your own bed after being away.

Getting up first thing in the morning when there is not a sight nor sound from anyone or anything except for the birds and taking the dog for a walk, so peaceful it makes me feel like I have the whole world to myself for a while.

Coming in after a long hard day and having your dinner served up to you.

Nice days when you can roll down the window in the car and play some great music, it always sounds better with the windows down.

The sounds that my dog makes when he gets up in the morning, he shakes his head so that his ears make a flapping sound and once he's finished that and his stretching I know that he'll be over for cuddles.

I love the perfect cup of tea. Love it.
I love a really cold glass of water. Tea and water are the two best drinks ever. Love them both.
I'm quite the neat freak and get a happy little thrill when everywhere is clean and tidy.
Clean sheets on the bed, hot shower, clean PJs, bed early and a great book.
New things - clothes, shoes, eyeshadows, whatever, I just like new things.
A bright sunny day- doesn't have to be hot- cold clear crisp day is just great.
When a few of your favourite songs get played back to back on the radio.
A cosy evening in with my lovely hubby, snuggled up on the couch just chilling out.
The feeling of having had a good productive day at work.
There are lots more things but I must get on with having that productive work day!!:D

I really love sunsets. My house has a view of the River Shannon and though I've lived here all my life, sometimes the image of the sun setting over the water is extraordinary.

Hanging out with friends who you can totally be yourself around and just having a laugh with them even if you're doing nothing at all except chatting.

When my little cousins ask me to play with them. Little kids are so honest about whether they like you or not so it's always nice to know that they think I'm fun and entertaining. Plus, some of the things they say are hilarious and/or amazing. Their thoughts and imaginations are so still unburdened by reality and what is actually possible or not.

Meeting someone new and instantly getting along with them. I'm pretty crap at making new friends so this is nice when it happens naturally.

Losing yourself in a really good movie or book.

Hearing new music for the first time and instantly loving it. Then sharing it with someone else and they love it too! Or getting reccomdations from someone with really good taste, especially if it's something you wouldn't usually listen to.
