Hi everybody.
I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with the Two Sisters pub just off Wainsfort Road in Terenure, but there's been a red mountain bike locked to a purpose built bike rack for the last four months at least. I know it hasn't been moved because the tires are flat and the chain is rusted solid in a few places.

I was wondering if there's any way I could acquire it. Would I have to contact the Garda or Dublin County Council?
