New : Harvey Norman or the likes. Most LCD tvs will accept a VGA input.
Second hand : cash converters or connectors or whatever they're called this week

If you are looking for a 2nd hand one my parents have one, might want to get rid of nothing wrong with it just they got a laptop so no need for it
