Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My father in law inherited land a number of years ago. It turns out there is now a dispute over the real ownership of the land going back a couple of generations. The inheritance of the land over the generations had gone down one side of the family only and the dispute is coming from the side that was left out.
The deceased had been farming the land in question for approx 30 years without any dispute as to rightful ownership prior to his death and so was intitled to claim adverse posession, although he never did. Can the latest benficiary claim adverse possession on behalf of the deceased? If so is there a time limit for lodging the claim?
