Sports Massage Limerick - Recommendations

Hi all,
Am in training for great limerick run and am running 3 nights a week right now. However, I feel I could do with a good sports massage.

Can anyone recommend a good sports massage in the city area?

I went to Barry Heffernan a few times and found him to be very good. He's based in Delta on the Ballysimon Rd
