Hey, when I turn on computer it fails to boot. I get 11 short beeps. Its a gigabyte mobo and I think the code means CPU cache memory malfunction. So does this mean I have to buy a new CPU or is there any hope for it?

could be worth going into the BIOS (if it gets that far) and seeing if you can disable cache memory as a test or turn on ECC to see if this helps/confirms the issue

Bios codes for gigabyte mobo but no 11 Beep mentioned

Press <Delete> to enter BIOS Setup
    during the POST.

Looks like it's the "continuous short beeps"... power error.
Maybe your power supply is going?

Have you recently installed any new internal hardware? Extra hard disks, graphics cards etc?
The POST beeps indicate the following:
    1 short: System boots successfully
    2 short: CMOS setting error
1 long, 1 short: Memory or motherboard error
1 long, 2 short: Monitor or graphics card error
1 long, 3 short: Keyboard error
1 long, 9 short: BIOS ROM error
Continuous long beeps: Graphics card not inserted properly
    Continuous short beeps: Power error

I transferred everything into a new case last week but haven't added any new hardware. Prob the power as you said. Is the only way to confirm it to try a new one?

Check and double check all in the new case and see if anything is not seated correctly

Otherwise maybe try going back to the old case and see if all works
