Non 1850 number for contacting Electric Ireland?

    Hi

    Is there another number other than the 1850 number for contacting Electric Ireland by phone?
    (1850 number is very expensive when using mobile)

    The service provided by Electric Ireland here at boards.ie is excellent! They have solved many problems and questions that i have had in speedly manner. Big plus for Electric Ireland reps here.

    1850 numbers are charged per call not per minute.

    In addition to our lo-call numbers (service: 1850 372 372, sales: 1850 30 50 90) you can use the number provided by finnteme above: +353 1 8529534. This number is shown on the back of any bill and on the footer of our website ElectricIreland.ie.

    Yes, that's right; they're LoCall and most of our numbers use this prefix. See here for more information on LoCall numbers.
