Microsoft office 2010 vs 2013 vs Microsoft University 365 2013

Hey, Im a student and need to get Office, what would yee suggest between Office 2013 and 2010. Is there any disadvantage to getting 2010 instead of 2013? Also do yee know anything about MO University 365 2013. It's the cheapest option but is a 4 year subscription is this right? Thanks a million.
