Notice how high the tides are now around the spring equinox? and there are south-easterly winds?
Someone had the bright idea to put the Food Festival on in the Spanish Arch area..those tents are going to get a bit of salt licking

The highest tide for the next few day was today and that was only 5.4m, it's high but it's not high enough to cause flooding unless a severe storm appears in the next few days...

Infact, over the next few days the tides will be getting lower and lower.

You've ruined my thread with your matter-of-fact analysis!

If it was as windy as it was a few weeks ago and rained a bit, the arch would be flooded.
