Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Read "The Politics of Law - A Progressive Critique" - ed David Kairys

Thinking of getting this too http://www.law.harvard.edu/faculty/unger/english/pdfs/movemnt1.pdf

Anyone recommend other books like this? Others from a more broader leftist or marxist pov would be good also.

Not looking for rebuttals of this POV btw but rather ones advocating it.

    Thanks for any help.

From the textbooks I've looked at on Jurisprudence (Penner and Wacks), the latter seemed more sympathetic to the CLS POV, and he was rather scathing on Posner's Law and economics.
