Request: Where to source Kelco Pectin

    Hi-

    Trying to find crystal Pectin both LM ad HM for cooking and medicinal purposes.
    Kelco (from Denmark) make both- but I can't seem to find either type.
    Pharmacies and supermarkets here look at me like I have two heads when I ask for pectin, never mind mentioning that there are different types.........

    Any help would be gratefully accepted.

    Note- looking for crystal pectin- not the liquid thats used in jam making- and I need both LM and HM esters.

    Note- LM pectin is used for gelling milk based products (or anything high in calcium or magnesium), whereas HM pectin is used for gelling sugars. The Certo liquid is a very impure form of HM pectin (if you can find it). I'm looking for crystaline pectin- not liquid.
