Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can get access from Drury st (think its the park rite one....it's the one across from the hairy lemon anyway).
Another one is the Louis Fitzgerald car park on Jervis st.

Ilac Centre roof is decent-ish, but you get moved off at busier times. Jervis St. shoping centre is the best though. Ghost town up there day and night!

nope, can't imagine that they'd be terribly pleased to see you unannounced :pac:

liberty hall occasionally opens up to the public.

I'm guessing you'd need to make contact with both , explain what you are trying to do, what project you are involved with, and allow them assess the merits of assisting you / granting you access to their premises,.

I've seen photographs previously from both - not entirely sure the circumstances of such photos so if interested you'd need to explore with the respective organisations.

Fitzsimons in Templebar have a roof garden.

I've been on the roof of the mini sky scrapper in grand canal... good view

From Stephen's Green, been up there a few times and no problems from anyone once you keep quiet.

    I second the question.

Liberty Hall opens once a year to the public. In or around Innovation Week Dublin, or the Irish Architecture Week, something along those lines.

There is no acces to the balcony of DCC except for staff and even at that, its the City Managers floor, so even very restrictive for the ordinary staff member.

Guinness storehouse is good, but you have to be careful to avoid the glass reflections.

I was up on Liberty Hall on 7th October last as part of the Open House Dublin event, there was a long queue of people waiting to get in. Was well worth it though.

I'd say they'll probably open again this year.

It would be hard to do a photoshoot as part of open house though. Liberty Hall is usually quite in demand and you only get a few minutes at the top. Busaras on the other hand offers similar views and you will probably get more time up there.
