So I have metro 30mb for the last 7 months, the two weeks issues have started to arise.

Every 10 minutes or so every things stops responding I.e. the Internet stops responding for a few second and even times out depending on what I was on.
I then responds after maybe 20 seconds.
Even services like gaming and streaming pause for a few seconds before coming back to life.

The problem happens with the phone and intermittent times I can not hear anyone but they can hear me.

The phone cuts out the same time as the Internet does.

    The modem doesn't crash
    Doesn't loose sync or anything.

It's as if sessions are dropped.
I was running a packet capture when I happened once syn packets and syn-ack
    Packets restarting previously initiated connections.

Anyone ever experience this issue ?

    Hi

Have you cut the power to both modem and outdoor antenna? If you haven't then I would advise you to do so. In most cases connection issues are usually resolved by doing this. If unsuccessful then unfortunately it will be an issue for tech support.

Sounds like the modem/router is negotiating a very short "lease" for the connection, so it's having to go off and renegotiate again.

Normally, the period would be at least a day. You will often notice a break shortly after midnight, as that seems to be a favourite time for the renegotiate to happen

The power off suggestion is a good one, if that makes no difference, then there's an issue with the router that will probably need some intervention from Tech support, depending on if you can log in to the router or not.

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

Thank, I've tried all that still the same.
Tech support have escalated my issue to level 2 so hopefully they'll be able to resolve it for me.

Shame my suggestion on powering down both router and antenna did not help. As for tech support make sure you follow it up with them, as they are known to take their time on resolving issues.
