we were caring for our grandkids for 2 years, we had the baby three years, we had them fostered as our daughter had addictions, then the hse took them from us for no good reason, they used a guardian ad litem from barnardos, when it went to court the gal had things on her report that were not true, she did not have to have any proof, she could say what she liked so the kids were taken from us, the gal is paid by the hse and paid very well, barnardos are paid millions anually and the fact that they survive on donations, does that make them the best organization to supply gals, not in my opinion they just go along with the hse, wont hear a word said against them the money they are on cant say i blame them, we could not even appeal the circuit court decision, we were told we would have to go to the high court. that we cant afford so we are left broken hearted and nobody cares, the hse have far too much power if they want kids they get them nobody can afford to take them on,they are supposed to bring familys together not tear them apart.

We are currently in the middle of a similar situation with the "mafia" HSE. I have never dealt with any organisation that has such power and can act wit impunity and anonimity! They tell lies and then try and say that sorry but you must have misunderstood what we said. They are a law unto themselves and no one can challenge them!

The worst part is that they brainwash kids to lie, in our case one of the kids made an allegation, she was assessed they found she was raving, so now the HSE say the younger child is saying the same thing. The fact they are now living with their previous foster carers, that is where we believe all the storys are originating, so what chance have we to get our grandkids back in our life.

Sounds like exactly what we are going through! They twist everything the kids say to suit why they want.. and how dare anyone question the social workers...

The big problem is the social worker with the fancy title, Guardian Ad Litem because of her we haven't seen our grandkids since last November.
