Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    a good one would be

    1 - Man Utd
    2 - Man City
    3 - Liverpool
    4 - Everton
    5 - Leeds Utd
    6 - Aston Villa
    7 - WBA
    8 - Wolves
    9 - Birmingham
    10 - Arsenal
    11 - Tottenham
    12 - Chelsea
    13 - Sheffield Weds
    14 - Sheffield Utd
    15 - Nottm Forest
    16 - Derby Co
    17 - Leicester
    18 - Cardiff City
    19 - Swansea City
    20 - Middlesbrough

plenty of feisty local derbies and big city clubs with big support, much better than having the likes of QPR or Reading in the Prem imho

No Newcastle , Sunderland or West Ham United? I would have them over Swansea and boro any day.

    1 - Man Utd
    2 - Man City
    3 - Liverpool
    4 - Arsenal
    5 - Chelsea
    6 - Tottenham
    7 - West Ham
    8 - Newcastle
    9 - Aston Villa
    10 - Everton

That's it to be honest. Half of the Prem is made up of insignificant non-entitites who are only any good because they get pumped full of BSkyB money. Even in that list, Man City are only of relevance due to the Arab billions and Everton and Villa are only there because I wanted to round it up to 10.

I'm pretty certain this rather than the election of a black Pope indicates the end of the world is imminent. Certainly the world of good football.

forgot to include Newcastle and Sunderland, West Ham don't cut it for me.

They have produced some of the best English footballers. Them and Southampton are probably the only good academies left in the country.

Other than filling a big stadium Newcastle do nothing, and Sunderland even less so.

Any 20 teams with a salary cap would be good imo.

Might as well throw Walsall in there as well to complete the round of local derbies.

Why would an SPL team, let alone a Scottish Third Division one be in the Premiership?

Think the forum might have reached a new low with this thread.

Shows how bad the quality of football was in England this weekend.

Was among the almost 4000 who watched the mighty Stockport County bravely loose to Grimsby Town today. Great watch

It would be hard to keep the whole team free for a season with the schedules of their other jobs.
