Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

X + Os - who needs to sign?

    Hiya, quick question. My hours in work have been drastically reduced since I started (2 months ago). All of the staff have been cut to part time, not just myself, and it's not a performance issue as I reach targets all of the time, as do all of the other staff (phew!).

    If I go for casual jobseeker's, do I need my manager or my company owner/director to sign the forms? My manager basically does the same work as me, no extra work, no extra pay, just the title of manager. She is more than happy to sign for me. The owner, I'm sure he'd sign for me if needed, but I never really see him, although he makes all of the scheduling and managerial decisions.

    So, while it'd be easier for me to get the manager to sign, would this suffice, or will I need to try to trap down the owner/director to do it instead?

    Hi there,
    As far as I am aware you will need to provide SW with a letter from your employer stating your new hours and also some bank statements in order to qualify for the casual docket system, following this you fill out your forms a week in advance yourself and hand them in ( by Tuesday in my local office) each week. The dockets themselves do not need to be signed by your employer, only by yourself as they are a legal declaration made by you.

    Getting your manager to sign will be fine.
