Looking for someone to do high quality prints in Dublin on watercolour paper

I'm currently looking for someone who does high quality, art reproductions in Dublin (more towards city centre preferably).

I need these prints to be done on watercolour paper and to be exact. I'm tired of having my prints come back not looking as good as the originals. Blacks not deep enough, colours not matching exactly, etc

I don't mind paying for quality but an example of a quote I've been given was €25 to scan and €15 a print at a4 size on watercolour paper. And that's before VAT. Seems very pricey to me but maybe this is the going rate for quality?

Any recommendations for where I can get this done without it costing me an arm and a leg? Thanks
