Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Does anyone know how much it would cost to get a court certificate to facilitate the application for a wholesale beer licence? (In terms of legal fees for a solicitor to help)

    Cheers !

The fees for such would be a matter for the solicitor you retain individually - Have you shopped around yet?

I can say that such applications have strict timing limitations, building/security/architecture/fire/safety/planning requirements all making what lawyers call proofs expensive. I can't tell you how much but a fee for Counsel in such an application, it would be north of €2000.00 and that's not including any of the other work required.

Tax clearance and other licence requirements are prerequisites too.

    Speak to a solicitor.
