Hi just wondering if theres any animal rescue centres in or near cork city that might take people on for volunteering?

I've see people walking dogs with luminous jackets marked 'volunteer' coming from the CSPCA close to Mahon Point

there is also DAWG, whos shelter is based just outside of Macroom. I used to volunteer for them and they are lovely. Bit of a drive though. There is also Glansillagh animal rescue centre, whom I have tried getting in contact with several times but to no avail. They are in Glanmire so would suit me better for volunteering.
