First of all, my router model: P-660HN-T1A (Black Router with eircom symbol in the bottom right)

I have a alright knowledge of networking and port forwarding.

The ports I need to forward are: UDP 27000 to 27015, UDP 27015 to 27030, TCP 27014 to 27050 and UDP 4380.
My problem is that on my router there is nothing about UDP, TCP, etc. It only asks for the start and end port: http://i.imgur.com/a7zsa6W.jpg

For example do I just enter 27000 into the start port and 27015 into the end port and it automatically knows its UDP?

Also, is the 50MB Fibre powered broadband available in Shannon, Co Clare

    Hi BenB1

eircom don't directly provide support or assistance on port forwarding asthese things can be affected by many factors beyond our control. I've had a look through the Zyxel interface and can't see many other options that may help you here. One other thing you might try is calling into broadband technical support (1890 260 260) and ask them to try to help but their assistance to this issue will be quite limited.

Also, There are plans for fibre to be introduced to Shannon town towards theend of this year however we will not be able to check any address or area until fibre has been rolled out to the area. Please follow this link for information on our plans for the rollout of fibre broadband: http://community.eircom.net/t5/Service-Updates-and/eircom-Fibre-Broadband/td-p/19450

Apologies we can't be of more help on this one.

    Regards

    Al
