    I had a brand new CR200 advertised on adverts.ie....not one bit of interest...was looking for €150....sold it on ebay in the end to some German guy for €227.

    We have just received a shipment of the CONRAN AUDIO DOCK

    As you can guess from the name - this is a designer piece of kit and will look great in any room as its designed and endorsed by the great Terence Conran Group - however from our point of view - that's pretty unimportant - what's better is that IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC!!!


    The CONRAN DOCK is completely engineered and manufactured by Q ACOUSTICS which of course means that it sounds completely amazing.

    The CONRAN DOCK is of course suitable for all ipods and iphones with the 30 pin connectors (ie everything excluding the Iphone 5) however it also has a 3.5MM input AND APTX BLUETOOTH wireless functionality - in other words it will work wirelessly with any Bluetooth phone, PC, iPAD, Tablet or device! 

    Next up is that it's a proper stereo dock - (lots of docks are just mono docks - they just don't tell you this too clearly!)

    The Dock is rotatable to either vertical or horizontal alignment for either music listening or movie watching modes - it also has six preset Audio equalisation modes to allow you to optimise the Audio performance for your particular room and music preferences.

    If you don't want to use it as a dock or via BLUETOOTH - finally the CONRAN also has a 3.5MM stereo input to allow you to connect virtually virtually any device! 

    It also has a full function Remote control which docks into the side of the main unit when not required.

    The Conran dock is fantastic!  Anyone out there after a great sounding dock without going into silly money then this is the one for you :)

    John is always throwing up silly deals so if it isn't an Ipod dock you need just keep your eyes on here and hopefully something might pop up for ya.

    Hi Dermutt,

    Apologies about the delay in getting back to you.

    Unfortunately this doesn't support Iphone 5 :(  Same with the Touch 5th Gen as it seems to also use the lightning connector.  

    You can still play music via Bluetooth or the aux input.
