    Hey Guys,

Just wanted to get your opinions on standard whey over isolate. Is the isolate worth the extra €10 a bag? Or is it just the usual advertising hype?

    Cheers

Cheers Dadum, Did you find the Isolate to be any better than the standard, presuming you were doing a similar weight to rep ratio during your routine?

ive used the standard whey before and always got good results , depend on your level i guess .

if you are training hard , particularly a 3 times weekly 5 by 5 A and B split , mainly squat based , you will grow fast , with say 80 -100 grams of extra protein and say 15 % extra calories above base a day .

i dont eat meat, chicken or fish , ( only MILK CHEESE EGGS , and veggie stuff ) and get good results with whey for half my protein and good meals for rest.
    ( approx 200 grams a day total )
