run through surgical training

I've heard that there is a new run through surgical training scheme in ireland now similar to that of the NHS scheme. I was wondering if anyone know about this? cant find anything online. Also is there plans to introduction these run through scheme in other specialties?

Radiology and anaesthetics have it.

Not sure what the RCSI plan is, there was an article in the IMT about it a couple of weeks ago.
