Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Laser Treatments for Acne

    I have suffered from acne for years and with the help of roaccutane I no longer get any spots. However, I am left with alot of scarring and redness and my dermatologist has told me that there is no creams or medications that will resolve this. So I am considering laser treatment or phototherapy and need some advice.

    Does either treatment work and how many sessions do you need before you see an improvement.

    Also can anyone recommend a tried and tested clinic in Dublin or Galway that offers acne laser treatments. From research on the web, there are so many clinics offering different types of lasers and I am keen to only go with a clinic that can be personally recommended.
