    In fairness, I'd only been there a few times and was generally when I had a skinful which isn't all that often anymore.

    Went past it tonight, it has a To Let sign up above the new sign. Figured there was something up when it was shut on Wednesday evening... I was going in to get my free burrito as I had ten stickers. :(

    I'd wonder about that too. There doesn't seem to be any will within the council to have the units on Park Street all occupied, it'd seem that gouging the existing and struggling ratepayers is of more benefit than taking a holistic approach to the situation. The amount of places on that street that have come and gone in recent times is high

    If they were paying €600 a week then I'm not surprised they're gone. That + rates + electricity + 3 full time workers (being stupidly optimistic) is over €2k a week in overheads.
