Sorbitol 10ml is artificial sweetener and available in HBC
Drink them and do another batch with coopers drops or table sugar

Dextrose or Corn sugar is much better than table sugar.
Not sure of it's availability in Ireland though.

Not sure of it's availability in Ireland though.
Homebrew shops sell it as "brewing sugar"; supermarket baking sections sell is as "glucose".

my friend that introduced me to brewing has a batch of coopers a week in the bottles.if i remember correctly, irmt was 1 glucose drop per 300 ml and 2 drops for 700 or 750 ml.we threw in 1 + 1/2 drops to even it out if thats any help?
would trying to suspend the yeast again have any effect?
