Short-term lease in Dublin

    I've been looking unsuccessfully for the past several weeks for a short-term lease in the Dublin 7 area (but willing to go into the city centre or out to Navan Road, Castleknock etc.) 2 bed house or apartment (two adults two kids) mid-April thru mid-July. Estate Agents and landlords all want at least a year's commitment. Short-term lease companies charge tourist rates (€800+ weekly). Getting desperate at this stage. Anybody been here before and/or got any useful suggestions?
