Looking for a sun holiday for about €1000-1200 for 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 2)

Doesn't matter where or in which month just nice place

I saw prices for about 1200 2+2 in a Travel agent in Dundrum yesterday if that helps..

I would use http://www.skyscanner.ie/ enter dates I can travel then pick the destination that offers value and that's somewhere I'd like to go.
Next I'd go to http://www.tripadvisor.ie/ and pick some hotels that rate well in the area say maybe 3 or 4
Then compare the prices for you selected dates for each hotel on each site below

http://www.hotels4u.com/

It takes a bit of time but it will save you some serious cash

Also use http://www.parksmart.ie/ for airport parking prices
