    Have been away from training for the last 10 days as been sick as a dog.

    Light session today of chest and bicep to ease back into things. Will go back tomorrow for some back n shoulders before I head to the Irish beer fest in the RDS

    I was sick for 10 days so didn't eat or train the way I should. Il throw up a pic tonight of the final bod. I'd reckon I was about 2 weeks away from where I wanted to be

    Bi n tri x tonnes. Managed a "there are no more weights" moment with the plates for the ez bar when doing preachers

    Legs yesterday, bit sore today but not as bad as I expected.

    Bit of a mixed bag today but did deadlift for the first time making it up to 130kg which is 20 away from my 1rm
