A suicide bomber goes into a pet shop and shouts "You've got 1 minute to get out",

Tortoise in the back shouts back "You bastard" :D

Until they stop making the Garda Commissioner a political appointment things won't change.

I don't like that current guy, Callinan, at all, he has a dodgy look about him.

Shatter only praises the Garda when there is something in it for him.
He won't even allow the Garda minding his home to use his toilet. Read that somewhere recently. How can you expect someone to mind your home and do without a toilet break?
Mattie actually raised that issue too :D
Independent TD Mattie McGrath claimed he had "reliable information" of a number of "run-ins and disputes" with the gardai on duty.

Mr McGrath asked if the gardai were refused the right to use the toilet at the house.

"Are they going to have to bring a commode to use outside your house?" he asked.

A Japanese lad came to Dublin and was stopped at passport control.
When asked his name and what his job was he replied " Chow Mein an ex-kamakaze pilot"
The Garda said " i thought all you kamakaze pilots were killed in the war"
The Jap replies " i was known as Chicken Chow Mein".

I have no sympathy for Shatter, he could have killed the story last Friday if he had issued Wallace with a proper apology.

Sheehan can be dour and surly but i find him fair and not afraid to call people to account generally.

His arrogance prevented him from doing so i'd say.
Can never see that lad issuing a full apology.

    Unfortunately he's going nowhere.
Like Reilly, he backed Enda at the time of the attempted heave.

A new political party is not possible in this country, the clowns will listen to the likes of PK, the Whinge and the entrails of Gaybo. We are fooked as a country because of the dumbed down clowns we call the electorate

Don't know. He would be setting himself up so would have to make it very clean and above board. He has given the current parties a hard time in the past.

Gilroy has a point - they are entirely ignored by the media
