This was brilliant tv, hilarious and Vinny the puppet master.

It was indeed funny but it was also shocking to witness the kind of people the electorate chose to represent them i.e. Durkan.

These people should tell what they are earning if they are playing the poor mouth.. All free on a work day to picket the Dáil, and getting paid for by the poor private sector gob****es who have NO lobby group to represent them..

Was that Noel Whelan driving out of the Dáil in the Chelsea tractor ?

Where's my NAMA sunset clause, Joe...

The only sunset clause for a private sector worker is that if they lose their job then they're heading to Australia.

    Vinny destroying this Labour guy.

Labour have completed some U-turn in Ireland.
Strumpet City will have to be re-written.

It's about time the Government just said "look here's the deal on offer, if you dont like it get a job in the private sector or fKK off to Canada like the rest of country"..

Nash reminds me of Dr Bunsen Honeydew.

I didnt know who you were talking about, but when I googled the name I found a picture of him with Fionnán Sheehan..

If they did that there would be a General Strike. Then the people in the Private Sector would have to stay at home to look after kids, elderly or sick and there would be very few working.
I don't think the Public Sector are as highly paid as you suspect Jonathon. I have seen their wages put up on other threads. Plus if the Govt get their way it will not be long until employers in the Private Sector follow suit and cut wages.
Be careful of what you wish for.

"i don't think i'd be working this hard blah blah... if i didn't think i'd keep my seat".
So he just said i couldn't really be arsed doing this politics stuff unless the electorate keeps me in office.
    Jesus wept.

    Vinny missed a trick there.

I thought they were going to discuss the Shatter motion of confidence.

Maybe she's taking a lot of medication.
The whole forgiveness thing does not make sense so soon after the death.

Well done Vinnie. Let's see this guy squirm.

I'd say Shatter is relieved to be knocked off the headlines by the Creche exposé.

I thought they were going to discuss the Shatter motion of confidence.

They did that fairly ad nauseam yesterday, really needed to discuss childcare and croke park to be fair. Much more important issues

Yeah, I'm thinking that she must be all over the place at the moment. It must be hell on earth to lose two children (one dead and the other missing believed to be dead).

No Shatter discussion. No discussion about the England/Ireland match.
