    This renegade Labour candidate is both a hypocrite and a compete buffoon. Taking nonsense about a cafe she helped set up and then trying to take credit for something she had little to do with.

    Jesus but O'Flynn may be a bit dim but what a tasch. It wouldn't look out of place on a 12 year old trying to be Sam Elliott.

    The more he spoke the better he came across. Certainly one of the best we've seen in recent days and he may actually do something other than work toward a pension.

    Has there been any explanation as to Brian Crowley's absence ? Unless through illness or a family emergency it's just not good enough that he would choose to pass up on this debate - if for no good reason other than that he couldn't be bothered, the smugness he demonstrated on the RTE version of this debate is being borne out here tonight !

    But he didn't say he's pro or anti choice. He simply said it's a matter for Ireland to decide on, not the EU....

    He disagrees with the (very soft) abortion legislation introduced last year. He also states that he believes in the equal right to life of the mother and foetus. I couldn't bring myself to vote for anybody who holds those views.
