Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Good team, if Welbeck is out on the wing then Nani would be a better choice but if it's a 4-3-3 then it could suit it.

    Real United team
#MUFC XI: De Gea, Rafael, Ferdinand, Jones, Evra, Carrick, Giggs, Young, Welbeck, Rooney, RVP

    Other team was better.

Giggs in the middle so? Meh

Jones at Cb and no other Cbs on bench is a worry

Few saying city are great price. Not sure about that.

Tonight's the 22nd different back four David De Gea has played in front of this season (36 appearances). Crazy to see that stat.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,389 ✭✭✭✭Liam O

Think it might be Rooney in midfield with Welbeck and RVP up front and Giggs and Young on the wing. Rooney could be playing anywhere though...

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,709 ✭✭✭shrewdness

Man Utds PL record when both RVP and Rooney start is played 16, won 15 and drew 1, fantastic.

Don't see a loss being added to that tonight.

Looking forward to this one.. The first 20 min for united will be the worst I'd say.

After that I'm hoping for atleast 3-1 win minimum with RVP and Rooney to score.. Need to get them back after last year.

If he's playing in front of the back 4 then you're right...it is crazy.

    Interesting line up.

No Arguero and Jones starts at CB.

Never would have guessed either of those!

I don't think City are a great price but United are a bit short IMO. Nice open game I think.

  • Registered Users Posts: 629 ✭✭✭PurpleSt4in

United have been consistent in the PL all season, unlike City, but I think if City turn it on, they'll be too strong for United tonight. City 3-1.

Why do you think this or is it just a hunch?

I fancy City tonight, I stuck €5 on City to win and Milner to score anytime 13/1.

Nope I need a good recipe

    No Shinji, no hope -_-

Seriously though, United to win by a couple and hopefully Zabaleta to be booked with Carrick winning MOTM.

They are definitely a bit of value with Jones at centre half and giggs in the middle.

    Nah,

what bookies are saying that if this was over a season City would win 13 from 38 of these games at OT.

    Not buying that one.

Would have preferred Cleverly over Giggs. Hoping for a belter of a game and sitting on an 18pt lead come 10 o clock.

I'm going for City win, 2 utd's sent off and the ref to get knocked down accidently by Michael Carrick

Ah I see. I was getting worried there for a while. "Why is Evra giving that child a choke-out?"

City starting to look the more dangerous. Utd giving possession up too cheaply at the moment. Too many aimless long balls from them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,172 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

25 minutes in and not even 100 posts, just shows how irrelevant this game really is!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,526 ✭✭✭✭Darkglasses

We keep finding the ball at our feet in good positions! Come on City, lets put these away early!
