Apartments for older people

Could anyone recommend an apartment complex that would suit an older person to buy i.e. safe, quite, well maintained in the greater limerick area. Also it cant be too expensive.

Thanks. I saw that, but it looks quite expensive. I am not necessarily looking for a dedicated development for older people just something that meets they above criteria.
