    Just starting this log to keep myself accountable and to be easily able to compare results. Focusing on developing my conditiong at the moment and am not doing the typical weights based workouts,however my training does have a strength element.

    Death March 8/4/13

    A) Mobility and foam rolling.

    B) Lunge Complex:1. db snatch x 5 2. Db ohp x 5 3. db front raise x 5 4.db lateral raise x 5. coupled with 8 push ups and 8 rows. 5 rounds.

    C) Magic 50: 5 kb snatches L&R 10 Kb swings 10 Burpees. 5 rounds.

    D) Static Stretching.

    Work done for today.
