    Hi, I am interested in setting up a summer camp in my school for 5-12 yr olds. could anyone help me in relation to setting this up.

    I know you need public liability insurance, and garda clearance which I presume means letting the local gardaí know what you are doing (??) but after that I'm lost.
    Also looking into setting up a summer camp.
    Obviously there has to be a charge for each of the kids so where does that leave you in terms of paying tax?? Is it necessary for small numbers??
    As for numbers of kids attending, I presume you need 1 adult for 10 kids minimum, or more adults if kids are very young.
    Would love to hear any feedback from people who have done this successfully.

    What? Are you really asking if you need to pay tax? Of course you do, if you make a profit. If the profit is small, then the tax will be too, but you can't just decide not to bother your arse! That would be illegal.
