    Hi there,
I might be in Liffey Valley soon and was wondering if there is a playground or play centre nearby to bring the little lad to while the Mrs does a bit of shopping?

    Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't recommend any of the playgrounds I'm familiar with in the vicinity of Liffey Valley. What about the Pirate Adventure Village in Liffey Valley itself. I have heard positive reports but I've never been myself and I don't know the cost.

It's €5 for the kid, free for the adult; http://www.piratesvillage.ie/faqs/#q4

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Pirate village is alright. Plenty of bouncy castles / slides etc. Beware though, all the more interesting attractions you have to pay for on top of the entry fee.

What age is the kid? Would bowling or pool be more his game?
