Roccat Kave Headset noise

I have the roccat kave headset, when i have the headset on and there is no sound or very little, when i move the mouse i hear noise, also happens when you press arrow keys on keyboard, like a buzzing noise. I've almost tried everything to fix it. its not software related. I think its from the motherboard, coming through the usb. I loand it to a friend to try on his computer and he had same issue, but when he plugged it into his PCI USB 3 card it seemed to disappear. So thats my next step.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Also is it better to use a soundcard rather than onboard, i only use the headset, never speakers.
