    So we make it illegal to deal in gold and antiques; what next? Cars are stolen, and bicycles, and lawnmowers etc etc. Maybe we shoulld make it illegal to deal in anything.

    The 'government' have only been around what, 3 years or so ? It's previous governments that were dragging their heels.
