I was sure he was podgier than that, recently. Perhaps the salary cut has led to fewer pies. No bad thing, then.

Agree with you, not intended as a defence other than mildly unfair to lump him in with the €400+ crowd ... he still ain't worth it by a long way.

Since he's given up the TV Lottery gig - is it really a cut anyway?

Can we expect outrage from callers ringing in to complain about Gatland's decision not to pick Brian O'Driscoll for the Australia V "Wales" game on Saturday?

Don't think Joe would be comfortable talking rugger somehow, despite his Trinity connections.

Maybe a call from someone working in an Irish Bar in "Kye-Roe" to update us on the situation in Egypt, where Joe lookalike Mohammed Morsi is facing the dole queue might be on the menu.

Your confusing liveline with a current events programme. Now if we had just discovered that Warren Gatland's great great grandfather married a woman from Inchicore, and they moved to Sutton during The Emergency, then it might get a mention.

Will we have anyone giving out about us not agreeing to Snowdens request for asylum?

Silly me, thats current as well.

    mind numbing depressing

what is the point of this.
joe is pure misery aunt stuff and the worst is it sells. "Joe a donkey fell out of the sky and killed my jimmy back in 76" and its off for 20 mins of Joe coaxing on the caller.
he's paid for saying "go on, ya ya ya " then repeat a little of what the caller says and another "ya ya ya ok ok ok"

anyways its over and out for me.

i had some great fun following this thread though but even at that cant take anymore.
