    Is he still on the same topic?, turned it off a while back.

    From what I could gather this is a policy decision, if Duffy wants to find out what's behind it why doesn't he ring the HSE or whoever decided on this policy and question them about it?

    But of course then again if he did, he'd have to dump the emotional and tear-jerking repetition that's a byword for Lahhvhlahn.

    No, but these companies offer a provisioning service to get all the crap out of the way - they can work out well, but some cost a fair bit and you're much cheaper sorting it out yourself if you can be arsed with the queuing, forms, etc.
