"A credit union loan, a car loan and a mortgage"

12 months of abuse over 3,000? Something doesn't add up.

"4 kids". I hate people who use kids as an excuse. You chose to have 4 kids, they werent forced on you.

Every bank has refused us a mortgage. Hardly surprising.

Your arrears are not 3,000 they’re the full amount plus the arrears. Jesus wept.

I dont have a mortgage so I can't say for sure but when people take out a mortgage and commit to pay x amount back do they COMPLETELY suspend the thought that circumstances MAY change?

Another idiot that thinks she can ignore those that she owes money to.

Now she's whining about the fact that the Jones have better stuff than she has.

Why is this Bint looking to borrow more after she squelched on a previous loan agreement ?

    Am I missing something here?

The banks have turned her down for loan, credit cards etc on the basis that there is only one wage and 6 people in the family and by their metrics won't be able to make repayments.

banks are meant to factor that in.

that where the whole 3x your wages plus 1.5 times your partners with 10% down comes from.

so at most your mortgage repayments should be circa 33% of your income.

that all went out the fecking windo during the boom, hence the situation were in now.

    What's wrong with renting?

Well if you say the arrears are so low and you're complaining about the bank, why couldn't you pay it back? If you can't pay back a measly 3000, how could you be expected to pay a mortgage.

"You're not married you don't have four kids". What a bitch.

    This woman is irritating me.

The banks are saying her husband doesn't earn enough to get a mortgage. Property ownership is not a right.

I wouldn't give this annoying Bint credit

Now we're complaining that banks won't loan to people who can't afford it
