    What a stupid question. No Joe, the banks are all staffed by autonomous robots with no families or children so wouldn't concern themselves with such trivialities of reductions in social payments and increases in taxes, so to speak.

    Im sick of people using the property tax as an excuse. The largest property tax bill I have seen was around 400 euro. Everyone on so far has been in arrears of thousands. The property tax is a drop in the ocean. The last guy on said his arrears was in the teens.
